The article specifically mentioned the role Mr. Bussey played in exposing issues with the blood alcohol testing at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Crime Laboratory, and the Colorado Springs Metro Forensic Laboratory. The former closed in 2013, and with regards to the latter, he helped expose lab errors that led to a landmark Supreme Court case.
