The Bussey Law Firm, P.C., is once again announcing our New Heights Scholarship, this time for the year 2021! Last year’s batch of essays blew us away, and picking a winner was tough work. We are thrilled to be launching this incredible scholarship once again and cannot wait to offer this year’s winner the $1,000 grand prize.
How to Apply
We at The Bussey Law Firm, P.C., believe whole-heartedly that education is the key to success. Without an education you can’t achieve your dreams, whether that is to be a surgeon, a mechanic, a teacher, or a lawyer. Whatever your dream career may be, your education will prove to be the foundation to your future. The New Heights Scholarship is meant to help support students seeking a high education in order to encourage them to reach new heights!
Your application must include two parts: the application form, and a short essay of 500 to 1,000 words that answers the following questions:
- The Bussey Law Firm, P.C., recognizes just how important it is to educate yourself. Timothy R. Bussey started as an active-duty Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force and served as a district attorney before founding his own firm. He is the only ACS Forensic Lawyer-Scientist in Colorado, a certified NHTSA Field Sobriety Test Instructor, and certified in Forensic Chromatography. For this short essay, please map out the path that YOU see yourself taking through college to your chosen field. If you’re unsure, tell us none the less – what would you like to do, and why?
