It’s always difficult to select five finalists among so many worthy applicants. And this year, we received over 1500 submissions, which is three times as many as we got last year! We are truly heartened by this overwhelming response.
The prompt for this year’s essay asked students to map out the career path they see themselves taking through college and on to a chosen field. We read every single essay, and we learned so much.
Our country faces serious challenges, but after reading your essays, we feel confident that America’s future leaders will be up to the task.
