About Jason Landress

Jason Landress is an accomplished trial attorney and civil litigator based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Jason graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Denver with minors in both creative writing and history. During his tenure at the University of Denver, Jason was also inducted into both the Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key International honor societies for his academic excellence. He also played hockey for the University of Denver’s American Collegiate Hockey Association’s Division II club hockey team and pays his experience forward for youth hockey players by coaching for a local hockey club.

In 2008, Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. During his law school career, Jason refined the litigation skills that continue to define his practice by earning his place on the Washburn University School of Law’s Moot Court team. As a moot court competitor, he and his teammates led Washburn University to two national competitions wherein his teams secured finalist trophies. Jason also earned a Certificate in Advocacy from Washburn University’s prestigious Center for Excellence in Advocacy and was selected as one of the top 10 students from Washburn University to be inducted into the nationally esteemed Order of Barristers for his exceptional oral advocacy and brief-writing skills.

After graduating from Washburn, Jason began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney at the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, gaining invaluable courtroom experience by prosecuting, and taking to trial, a wide range of criminal cases. Jason later parlayed his skills into private practice and has since successfully represented clients in civil litigation, including complex personal injury cases, criminal cases, and other disputes requiring skilled civil and trial advocacy, whether in State or Federal Court.

Jason’s unwavering commitment to his clients and the practice of law has garnered him numerous accolades, reflecting his exceptional skills and dedication.
